DONATION TERMS

The acceptance of any contribution, gift or donation is at the discretion of The Heavens Give Away International Foundation. The Heavens Give Away International Foundation will not accept any gift unless it can be used or expended in a manner consistent with the purpose and mission of The Heavens Give Away International Foundation.
The Heavens Give Away International Foundation will refrain from providing advice on taxes or other treatment of donations and will encourage donors to seek guidance from their own professional advisors to assist them in the process of making their donation.
The Heavens Give Away International Foundation will accept donations in cash or exchange traded securities. Gifts of in-kind services will be accepted at the discretion of The Heavens Give Away International Foundation. Donation amounts are non-refundable, whether in error or not, the donor must carefully observe all information before making the donation. We are not responsible for unauthorize transaction, mistake or others. Payments/donations in this fundraising website are not refundable.
By donating through Heavens Give Away International Foundation, the donor waives the right to sue or appeal against Heavens Give Away International Foundation or its Legal Representatives. The donor also renounces to disclose any information or public complaint that may affect the name or image of this organization or its members.
The Heavens Give Away International Foundation will provide recognition to tax-compliant donors for properties received by the charity as a gift. However, with the exception of gifts of cash and publicly traded securities, no value will be attributed to any receipt or other form of justification for a gift received by The Heavens Give Away International Foundation.
The Heavens Give Away International Foundation will respect the donor’s intention regarding donations for restricted purposes and those related to the desire to remain anonymous. With respect to anonymous donations, The Heavens Give Away International Foundation will restrict donor information to only those staff members who need to know.
MEDIA
